We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our dynamic team! Job Description

• Support day-to-day departmental operations, including data entry, documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.
• Assist in organizing and managing inventory records, delivery schedules, HR files, or administrative systems based on department placement.
• Participate in ongoing projects and contribute ideas to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/suppliers when necessary.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or department heads.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
• Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Team-oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
