This role is for you if
- You don’t just “post content.” You plan content with purpose, understand how organic and paid work together, and know how to turn attention into sales.
What you’ll do
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars (IG, TikTok, etc.)
- Own organic content direction: hooks, formats, posting rhythm, testing ideas
- Translate brand campaigns and launches into social-first content
- Brief, coordinate, and guide creators, videographers, and designers
- Create and optimise ad content (angles, creatives, copy) for paid social
- Track content and ad performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion)
- Work closely with Brand and Ops teams to ensure content is aligned and feasible
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years experience in social media, content marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong instinct for what works organically on IG & TikTok
- Able to plan content strategically, not just reactively
- Understands how to turn organic winners into paid ads
- Comfortable analysing content and ad performance data
Nice to have
- FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brand experience
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads
- Experience working with creators or UGC-style content

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
