About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Technical Assistant of Quality Assurance/Quality Control to ensure our products meet top-quality standards. You'll conduct inspections, perform lab tests, support ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and work closely with production teams to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Inspection & Testing

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Monitor calibration of equipment to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and all quality control activities.
• Prepare and submit quality reports detailing findings, deviations, and corrective actions.

Compliance & Standards

• Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality systems.
• Support internal and external audits through organized documentation and process transparency.

Process Monitoring & Improvement

• Observe production lines to detect potential quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Training & Support

• Aid in the training of new team members on quality procedures and safety protocols.
• Promote and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with ISO standards, especially ISO 9001:2015 (an added advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
