Purpose of the Role
The Executive, SAP Solutions Support (SAP Support & Customer Pricing) supports the effective utilization of SAP systems to meet client and customer requirements, with a key focus on inventory management transactions and customer pricing maintenance.
Working closely with the Assistant Manager, SAP Solutions Support, this role ensures accurate system transactions, timely issue resolution, and high data integrity, while supporting continuous process improvement across SAP operations in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia.
Expectations of the RoleSAP System Support & Operations
- Provide day‑to‑day SAP system support to users, responding to enquiries related to transactions and system processes.
- Investigate and resolve SAP transactional errors to ensure successful and timely processing.
- Analyze system and transactional data to identify issues, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Support inventory‑related SAP transactions and ensure accurate system processing aligned with business needs.
- Handle and resolve SIQ‑related matters within the department.
Customer Pricing & Master Data Management
- Manage and maintain customer pricing, bonuses, customer mapping, quotas, contracts, and quotations within SAP.
- Ensure all pricing and master data requests from clients and customers are executed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity across pricing and transaction data.
- Manage large volumes of pricing and transactional data while meeting KPI and operational deadlines.
Analysis, Testing & Reporting
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP systems (ECC, EWM) and integrations with other platforms as required by regional and local teams.
- Proactively plan, manage, and disseminate timely and accurate operational and management reports.
- Support data analysis and reporting to facilitate decision‑making and system optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments, operational teams, and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve system, transaction, and pricing issues effectively.
- Participate in meetings, including cross‑functional discussions, and support system‑related projects when assigned.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure SAP processes and transactions comply with internal SOPs and company standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP system efficiencies and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in ensuring smooth end‑to‑end SAP processes and understanding the business impact of system and pricing changes.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Management / Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience in SAP support, data management, supply chain, or related roles.
- Experience working with SAP systems, preferably SAP ECC and/or EWM, is an advantage.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Proficiency in SAP systems (ECC and EWM preferred).
- Strong understanding of customer pricing maintenance and inventory‑related SAP transactions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and transactional issues effectively.
- Strong data management skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
