Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior engineers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in both design and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Drafting

• Assist in preparing engineering drawings using AutoCAD
• Support basic design calculations (structures, roads, drainage, etc.)
• Modify drawings based on senior engineer feedback
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and regulations

2. Site Work & Supervision

• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and workmanship
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Report site issues such as delays, safety concerns, and defects
• Assist in site inspections and quality control activities

3. Documentation

• Prepare reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
• Assist in preparing tender documents, BOQ, and cost estimates
• Maintain proper filing of project documents and records

4. Coordination

• Liaise with contractors and consultants
• Attend meetings and record minutes with follow-up actions
• Support project team in daily coordination tasks

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of:

• AutoCAD (VERY important )
• Microsoft Excel & Word

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills (site & office coordination)
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Working Details

• Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
• Employment Type: Contract (Protégé Programme)
