We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize incoming stock and inventory
• Check product quantity and condition during inbound processes
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Sort and label parcels according to courier services
• Ensure all orders are shipped within the required timeline
• Assist with stock counting and inventory monitoring
• Handle return parcels and damaged items
• Update fulfilment and stock records in the system
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Follow warehouse operational SOPs and safety procedures
• Coordinate with the operations team for daily fulfilment activities
• Support smooth inbound and outbound warehouse processes

Requirements:

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks
