Job Summary

We are seeking a Techno-Commercial Executive (Entry Level) to actively support and drive sales of our diagnostic products and laboratory services.
This role involves frequent travelling to visit customers from farm to farm, conducting sales activities, and building relationships with clients.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates from Science / Animal Husbandry / related fields who are keen to develop a field-based sales career with technical exposure.
Product and technical training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively conduct sales visits to farms and customers according to assigned areas
• Promote and sell company products and laboratory services
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers
• Provide basic technical explanation of products (training provided)
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders
• Prepare simple sales reports, visit reports and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams (laboratory, logistics, admin) to ensure smooth delivery
• Participate in product training, sales meetings and company activities
• Perform other duties related to sales and techno-commercial activities as assigned

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Animal Husbandry / Science / Life Science / related field
• Willing to work in a field-based sales role and travel regularly
• Comfortable visiting farms, rural areas and customer sites
• Basic scientific knowledge (theoretical knowledge is acceptable)
• Strong interest in sales, learning and customer engagement
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: RM2,500 – RM2,800
• Sales commission & performance incentives (subject to performance)
