Tanggungjawab

HR ASSISTANT

  • Counting and processing monthly Salary & Commission;
  • Handle general office-related administrative work as HR including staff's memo and letter;
  • Manage staff's attendance and leave;
  • To maintain update and upkeep proper filing and proper documentation;
  • To compile and update employee record;
  • Involves in recruitment and advertisement for local workers;
  • Involves in all Imigresen, JTK's and government matters related to HR;
  • Managing any disciplinary issues;
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks when it is required. Basic knowledge in SQL Payroll.

ADMIN CLERK
Reporting to the Superior in-charge, you will assist in the following tasks:

  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operation;
  • Process data-entry accurately, Issue Invoice and DO, and follow-up Customer's delivery;
  • Organize and filing daily documents;
  • Respond and undertake the task of receiving calls, take messages, and routing correspondent;
  • Ensure customer's requirement are all met and any issues resolves timely;
  • Maintain job records, document all necessary information, and present report to management;
  • Assist with returns and refunds procedure;
  • Communicate with logistic, inventory and sales team for any stock issues;
  • Ad-hoc when required.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

  • Handle new & current item & customer code create by SQL and key-in into NHL/SEATT System;
  • Handle shopee shocking sales submission through Shoppe platform;
  • Handle bedframe purchase order placement and keep track on bedframe stock count, request service note from account team for defect/repair bedframe;
  • Handle shopee invoices requested by customer (occasionally);
  • Upload video to shopee provided from graphic team;
  • Cross-checking prices and orders from Shopee/Tiktok/Lazada;
  • Scanning document;
  • Ad-hoc task.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
