Kerja Sepenuh Masa Field Service Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Ogx Networks Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance service according to schedule.

Field troubleshooting and repair products at customers’ site.

To serve and to assist the customer in matter related to all technical issues.

To deliver training to the customer when required.

Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points.

Perform preparation, installation and commissioning of product.

Provide feedback to divisions on customer’s experience, division, products quality issue and any improvement suggestion.

Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirement :

Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and related field.

Min 1 years working experience in service and fresh graduates with keen interest will be considered as training is provided.

Able to work under minimum supervision, resourceful and self-motivated.

Computer literate is a compulsory.

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English language and the local language.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
