We are a fast-growing farm-direct platform connecting farmers with chefs and businesses. Our operations are highly system-driven and fast-paced, requiring strong coordination across sales, warehouse, and supplier networks to ensure seamless order fulfillment and supply chain efficiency.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to expand our presence within the HORECA market (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés). This role focuses on new business acquisition, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets while promoting fresh, farm-direct products

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new HORECA clients (restaurants, hotels, cafés) in assigned regions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Expand customer base and drive revenue growth

Order & Account Management

  • Manage customer orders via online systems or manual processes
  • Ensure smooth order processing, follow-ups, and collections
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable product solutions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Reporting & Coordination

  • Provide daily and weekly sales activity reports to Sales Manager
  • Work closely with internal teams (supply chain, warehouse) to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience
  • Experience handling F&B / HORECA clients (restaurants, cafés, hotels)
  • Strong passion for food and customer engagement
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley
