Job Scope:
Handle daily administrative and accounting tasks
Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment records
Check and verify e-invoices
Maintain proper filing and documentation
Follow up on payments and customer enquiries
Requirements:
Basic knowledge in admin and accounting
Able to use Microsoft Office
Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
Experience will be an added advantage
