Lead and oversee the administrative team to ensure all documentation, reports, and submissions are prepared and sent out before the required deadlines.
Coordinate and manage training schedules, including arranging training sessions, trainer coordination, participant registration, and overall training planning.
Manage and process HRD Corp/eTRiS grant claims and ensure compliance with documentation requirements and submission timelines.
Handle and maintain the CAYS Plus System, including data updates, user coordination, and system administration support.
Organize and coordinate CAYS webinars, including scheduling, participant management, communication, and operational support during webinar sessions.
Monitor and manage staff attendance records, leave tracking, and related administrative documentation.
Handle payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing and payroll documentation.
Manage and coordinate the company’s Loyalty Reward Program, including tracking, administration, and customer/staff communication.
Ensure proper filing, documentation control, and maintenance of company administrative records.
Support management in daily administrative operations and assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
