• Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Analysing organization operations identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
• Strengthen the financial and reporting framework to ensure reliability and timeliness information for decision making and correction action which complies with the International Financial Reporting Standard and Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia.
• Coordinate and liaise with the auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and other professional advisors and government authorities.
• Prepare monthly group consolidation accounts and operation matters for the group.
• Control and monitor daily cash flow, develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting for management.
• Review financial data and performance, analyse variance and prepare monthly management reports.
• Provide and present financial reports as requested by management or directors for decision making.
• Assist in recruitment and training of key finance talents.
• Implementing all relevant policies, procedures for the department and group.
• Handling any ad-hoc task and perform other relevant duties when required or assigned
• To assist for quarterky Bursa announcement under listed company requirement

Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Accounting or/and Finance, MBA and Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA) would be an advantage.
• Must be Chartered Accountant with membership of MIA.
• At least 5 years working experience in related field
• Experience in IPO and Public Listing exercise, familiar with MFRS accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership qualities, independent and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
• Good working attitude, strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
