Job Brief

iPainterDIY, a leading home décor and home improvement brand with 9 retail branches across West Malaysia, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our growing finance department. In this role, you will manage daily administrative accounting tasks, maintain precise financial records, and assist with processing transactions. Your contributions will directly support senior accountants and ensure the company remains financially stable and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Update daily banking transactions from bank statements.
• Update daily transactions from merchant reports.
• Perform daily collection reconciliation to ensure all outlet collections are banked in on time.
• Prepare daily sales summaries for management review.
• Follow up with outlets on any collection discrepancies or incomplete payment records.
• Verify refund details, supporting documents, and payment records before processing refunds.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with accuracy.
• Able to follow up with outlets and communicate clearly on payment or collection matters.
• Able to perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
