Tanggungjawab

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Assist in daily purchasing activities including PO preparation and documentation.
  • Support sourcing activities and communicate with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and availability.
  • Assist in tracking purchase orders, delivery status, and outstanding items.
  • Maintain purchasing records, files, and supplier documentation.
  • Support cost comparison and basic vendor evaluation activities
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Other duties assigned as require from superior.

Job Requirements :

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing or supply chain processes is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
