Job Summary:

The Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting the Operations Executive to work on ground in warehouse and support logistics. This role involves coordinating with the operations teams to support the daily operation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing the administrative support to the Operations by managing and organizing the operation work (BAU) and projects schedules.
  • Preparing regular operational reports, filling documents, and addressing the daily operation issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • STPM / Diploma in the related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply this position.
  • Have basic knowledge in Microsoft / operations software and tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and work in Operational environment.
  • Willing to travel (in between Regalia warehouse facilities and outstation, as required)

Working Days:

Monday to Friday : 09:00am to 06:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
