Job description:

We are an Engineering Company specializes in Design and Manufacture Process Equipment.

In line with our expansion, we are urgently seeking for:

Project & Technical Documentation Engineer

(Fresh Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and compile machine operating manuals for each project, including:

- Machine descriptions and functions

- Operating procedures and sequences

- Safety instructions and warnings

- Maintenance and troubleshooting guidelines

- Drawings, photographs, and technical references

• Conduct on-site machine inspections / walk-downs to:

- Understand machine operation

- Capture required photographs

- Verify technical accuracy of information

• Perform basic image editing and formatting for manual inclusion (training provided);
• Design, specify, and coordinate machine and control panel nameplates, including:

- Content verification

- Layout coordination

- Vendor purchase follow-up

• Support project teams with technical documentation, records, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle;
• Maintain proper document control, version tracking, and structured filing;
• Liaise with Engineering, Production, Project, and Quality teams to ensure complete and accurate documentation delivery to clients

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering field;
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
• Able to understand basic engineering drawings, layouts, and machine concepts;
• Willing to visit workshop / production floor when required;
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel); basic image editing knowledge is an advantage;
• Good attention to detail, organised, and able to follow structured procedures;
• Able to work independently and communicate with multiple departments;

Preferred / Advantageous

• Internship or exposure in manufacturing, machinery, or project-based environments
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or technical drawings
• Interest in industrial equipment, machinery, or plant engineering
