Full Time Architectural Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Mabuco Selangor - Maukerja

• Supervise and monitor architectural and finishing works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams on architectural-related matters.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or quality issues related to architectural works.
• Ensure work progress is completed according to project schedule and report progress updates.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation to ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at the worksite.
• Attend site meetings and assist in project coordination and documentation.
• Identify defects, coordinate rectification works, and ensure timely closure.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum [4] years of experience in architectural/site supervision within the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and finishing works.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
