As a Recruitment Consultant, you will build your career as a trusted people solutions partner. You will work with clients to understand their business needs, identify the right talent, and gradually gain exposure to integrated solutions such as training, coaching and HR advisory.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop new business opportunities by engaging potential clients and understanding their hiring and people-related challenges.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments, including client briefing, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination and offer management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates through consultative, responsive and professional support.
• Move beyond transactional hiring conversations by identifying opportunities to support clients through training, coaching and HR advisory solutions.
• Represent the consultancy confidently in client meetings, networking sessions and business development activities.
• Build talent pipelines and market intelligence across assigned industries or functional specialisations.
• Work closely with internal specialists to connect clients with relevant people-development and organisational solutions.
• Take ownership of targets, priorities and personal growth in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, sales, HR consulting or another client-facing role is advantageous.
• A proactive mindset with the drive to initiate conversations, follow through and create opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage clients and candidates professionally.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding how talent, leadership and HR solutions contribute to business performance.
• Resilient, self-motivated and comfortable working in an environment where results are recognised and rewarded.
• Curious and open to developing beyond recruitment into training, coaching and advisory exposure.
