We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Accountant to join our team and help manage our financial operations efficiently.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain full set of accounts for assigned outlet branches.
• Record daily transactions including sales, expenses, journal entries, and adjustments.
• Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash reconciliation, and outlet sales reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) for outlets.
• Prepare monthly closing schedules and basic financial reports.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in stock, cost, and expense tracking for outlets.
• Support audit, tax, and internal review processes when required.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and accounting policies.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Working experience: 1–2 years.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and accounting systems.
• Good communication skills and able to communicate actively with internal teams and management.
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience in F&B or FMGC industry will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
