Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Manage customer invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate AR records and reporting.

Finance & Administration Support:

  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) tasks when required.
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense claims.
  • Handle petty cash, filing, and office documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Requirements & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or finance/accounting roles.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as SQL, UBS, MYOB, or Xero.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills in handling customer accounts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
