Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Manage customer invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate AR records and reporting.
Finance & Administration Support:
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) tasks when required.
- Support payroll processing and employee expense claims.
- Handle petty cash, filing, and office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Requirements & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or finance/accounting roles.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as SQL, UBS, MYOB, or Xero.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Good communication and follow-up skills in handling customer accounts.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
