Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Corporate Support Associate will provide administrative and operational support across the People & Culture (P&C), Governance and Sustainability functions. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting internal communications across the organisation and assisting with selected P&C coordination and sustainability-related activities as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Internal Communication Support (Main function)

  • Support the preparation and distribution of internal announcements and company updates, including compiling relevant inputs from internal teams for inclusion in the company newsletter and coordinating the timely release of newsletter communications
  • Assist in preparing communication materials related to P&C, Sustainability, Governance and company initiatives as assigned

2. Sustainability Support (Sub-function)

  • Assist in coordinating sustainability-related initiatives and action plans
  • Support data collection, tracking, and documentation for ESG/sustainability reporting
  • Maintain records related to sustainability KPIs, initiatives, and progress updates
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required sustainability-related information and supporting documents

3. Quality & Compliance Support (Sub-function)

  • Assist in coordinating meetings, discussions and follow-up sessions related to Quality, Governance and Compliance matters
  • Coordinate with internal departments to check availability and arrange schedules for meetings, audits, trainings and related activities
  • Support the preparation and organisation of meeting materials, documents and records for internal coordination purposes

4. People & Culture (P&C) and Administrative Support (Sub-function)

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for Corporate, Sustainability and selected P&C initiatives
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, employee engagement activities, meetings and internal events
  • Maintain proper filing and organisation of physical and digital documents
  • Assist in coordinating office administrative matters including supplies, maintenance, travel arrangements, licenses and company events

5. General Tasks

  • Execute special tasks and projects as assigned by Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (professional/corporate level).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, especially for newsletters and announcements.
  • Attention to detail with accurate documentation and content management.
  • Skilled in editing/publishing graphics for announcements.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic editing tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
