Responsibility

Job Description

MB Legacy Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR Intern to support our daily administrative and human resource operations. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on exposure to HR and office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in general administrative duties and office support
  • Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
  • Maintain and organize employee records and files
  • Coordinate interviews and meetings
  • Handle data entry and basic reporting
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in:
  • Human Resource
  • Business Administration
  • Sociology
  • Or related field
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Internship Details

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
