About the Role

We are looking for motivated and hands-on Mechanical fresh graduates and interns to join our commissioning team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain real-world industrial experience, work on-site with experienced technicians, and build a strong technical foundation in mechanical systems, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.

You will be exposed to exciting projects involving mechanical installations, piping systems, rotating equipment, machinery setup, and system startup operations across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment

• Support senior team members during site inspections, system startups, and functional testing

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&ID, and technical documents

• Perform alignment checks, mechanical measurements, inspections, and reporting

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project requirements

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients during commissioning activities

• Prepare basic technical reports, checklists, and documentation

• Participate in preventive maintenance and system verification activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, machinery, and troubleshooting

• Willing to travel or work on-site when required

• Hands-on attitude with strong willingness to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and under supervision

• Candidates with internship or technical project experience will have an added advantage
