Job description:

• Lead the academic purchasing and be responsible for sourcing, purchasing and monitoring delivery.
• To communicate and negotiate with vendors regarding purchases in order to obtain the best price.
• Responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and financial operational matters
• To provide support on month-end and year-end closing accuracy, completeness and timelines
• To assist in handling finance and accounting functions of the company, including account closing, auditing and taxation
• Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a degree or equivalent in Accounting.
• Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Able to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
• Able to be multi-tasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
