Position: Marketing Executive
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,700
Working Days: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM – 1:30 PM)
Working Hours: Standard Office Hours
Location: No. 1, Jalan SB Jaya, Taman Industri SB Jaya, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing activities across digital and offline channels.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. You will also work closely with the sales team and be involved in campaign performance tracking and improvement.

This position is ideal for individuals who are creative, confident on camera, and passionate about marketing and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
2. Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with consistent and engaging content
3. Create marketing materials including social media posts, captions, posters, and basic promotional content
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare simple reports
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
6. Assist in organizing events, promotions, roadshows, or product launches
7. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies and support lead generation
8. Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines and company objectives
9. Be a talent and represent the company in advertisements and video campaigns

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2. Experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation is an advantage
3. Basic skills in design and video editing tools
4. Confident in front of camera and comfortable creating video content
5. Creative mindset with strong attention to trends and audience engagement
