Job Description

• Support month-to-end closing activities based on the scope assigned.
• Support operational issue resolution and ensure requests are attended by the team on a timely basis.
• Assist in preparing, processing, and verifying vendor payments, petty cash and staff claims.
• Support data entry and documentation in accounting systems.
• Support the finance team in daily administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments.

Job Specification

Basic Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor in Finance/Accounting.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently.
• Passion for learning and teamwork.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
