To support our continued international expansion, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Sales Engineer to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor.
Your Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the key contact person for customers across South East Asia supporting them with our high-quality machine knives and precision cutting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through a strategic combination of online and offline sales channels
· Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends
· Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations, orders, and customer inquiries
· Provide technical training and after-sales service support, both online and on-site
· Maintain accurate customer information and activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
· Support budget planning and cost control in close coordination with business unit management
· Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events

What we are looking for:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or selling products that require technical consultation
· Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical-related field
· A collaborative, results-oriented team player who values shared success
· Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
· Experience with SAP/R3, particularly MM and SD modules, is an added advantage
