Purchasing Admin Role

• Assist to issue PO
• Prepare PO follow workbench
• Verify order details (quantity, price, delivery date)
• Follow up order status and ensure on time delivery
• Delivery & Logistics Coordination
• Tracks shipment and delivery schedules (overseas)
• Resolve whenever have discrepancy in DO vs physical (wrong part, wrong quantity and etc)
• Quality & Compliance Checks
• Ensure purchased goods meet company standards
• Handle IQC reject parts when receive the reject notification
• Handle production reject parts when receive the reject notification
• Internal Coordination
• Able to work and coordinate with departments (Production, Planning, Engineering, SQE, IQC and etc)

Skills Required

• Familiarity with ERP systems eg SAP
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail with some analytical background
• Basic planning & cost awareness
• Related semiconductor industry experience is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
