Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Apps Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining robust business applications using the Microsoft AI Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and integrating them with other systems, potentially including Dynamics 365 CRM. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to build complex solutions, automate critical business processes using AI Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps, and contribute to the overall technical direction of our Power Platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven apps).

• Architect and implement robust data models within Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.

• Develop complex automation solutions using Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and integrate applications.

• Utilize Azure Logic Apps for enterprise-level integration scenarios where applicable.

• Employ JavaScript for client-side scripting, customizations, and enhancing user experience within Power Apps and potentially Dynamics 365.

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Power Platform applications and integrations.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to establishing best practices, development standards, and reusable components within the Power Platform space.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Dynamics 365.

• Manage application lifecycle management (ALM) processes for Power Platform solutions, including environment management, solution packaging, and deployment.

• (If applicable) Perform Dynamics 365 CRM customizations, including plugin development and utilizing the SDK for complex extensions.

• (If applicable) Configure Copilot AI Studio, including prompts, skills and etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Power Apps: Deep expertise in developing both Canvas apps and Model-Driven apps, including a strong understanding of modern app design principles.

• Dataverse: Strong proficiency in designing and managing Dataverse environments, including data modeling, security roles, business rules, and relationships.

• Power Automate: Extensive experience building complex automated workflows, including custom connectors, error handling, and integration patterns.

• JavaScript : Solid understanding and practical application of JavaScript for client-side scripting within the Power Platform context

• Azure Logic Apps: Demonstrable experience using Logic Apps for integration and workflow orchestration

• Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, solutions management, and ALM best practices

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and lead technical aspects of projects

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
