Purpose of the Role
The Customer Service Executive (Clinical) will be responsible for overseeing product operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting market activities to strengthen Scientx Malaysia’s presence in the orthopedic field.

Team Structure
This position reports directly to the Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement product-related activities in line with company objectives.

• Develop strong product knowledge to support doctors, hospitals, and internal teams.

• Manage orders, customer visits, and routing arrangements efficiently.

• Oversee account reconciliation and coordinate product returns.

• Monitor market developments and competitor movements to support business planning.

Travel Requirement
Approximately 50% travel within assigned territories.

Essential Experience/Skills/Knowledge

• Previous experience in modern trade or hospital/medical distribution environment.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• A positive, proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to challenges.

• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

Training
Relevant training will be provided at headquarters.
