Company Background:

We are representing our client, a global packaging manufacturer and recycling services provider established in 1988. From a boutique local operation, the company has expanded into an international supplier serving customers worldwide.

Location : Klang, Selangor.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts and ensure accurate financial record keeping.

• Perform monthly stock closing and reconciliation activities.

• Prepare financial reports and management accounts in a timely manner.

• Process daily invoices, payments and accounting transactions.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow movements.

• Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.

• Monitor and follow up on debtor and creditor balances to ensure timely settlement.

• Maintain proper documentation and support overall finance operations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using ERP/ accounting systems.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.

• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
