Job Description
- Establish, implement, and maintain end-to-end training and development processes for the organization.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to training and talent development.
- Develop annual training plans aligned with business objectives and competency requirements.
- Establish and maintain training matrix by role, department, and competency level.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, skills gap analysis, and business requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and onboarding initiatives.
- Liaise with training vendors.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, attendance records, and training documentation
- Maintain accurate training records and databases.
- Track, evaluate, and report training effectiveness.
- Coordinate talent development initiatives such as career development, leadership development, and succession planning
- Support recruitment-related activities including job fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding events.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and HR representation for job fairs and recruitment events.
- Collaborate with HR team on engagement, talent development, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Assist on preparation of Employment & Deployment Contract & Permanent Process
- Assist on confirmation, termination and other related HR matter.
- Ensure all training and HR activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Any other task given by HOD.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resource and/or equivalent.
- 2-3 years minimum Experience in Human Resource Management.
- Good in communication skill.
- Good in Microsoft office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
