• About the role

Join our dynamic team at ELK-DESA CAPITAL SDN BHD' as a Field Visit Officer. This full-time role in Klang, Selangor will involve conducting field visits and collecting payments from our customers. As a key member of our Collections team, you will play a crucial part in our company's success.

What you'll be doing

• To visit houses /commercial premises and collect relevant information
• To obtain new information from the visiting effort (e.g. new contact number/ new addresses)
• To assist collection team’s arrangement with customer when required
• Involved for outstation in collection arrangement with customer
• Create plans and strategies to obtain results
• Close monitoring and follow up of delinquent of each bucket
• Provide favorable solution to customer
• Performs other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and willing to travel extensively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driving license and own transport (motorcycle)
