JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with the company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR & Admin initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial employee work.
- Update office company profile, employee handbook, HR Standard of procedure, and flow charts.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Support the development and implementation of HR & Admin initiatives and systems.
- Managing inbound and outbound email HR.
- Providing support to the HR Executive in the employee life cycle process.
- Prepare official letters, letters of appointment, warning letters, termination letters, etc.
- Prepared and maintained payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting site data in UBS Payroll System
- Dealing with government authorities (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDCorp, PTK, FOMEMA)
- Familiar with EP, CLAB, FOMEMA, UBS Payroll & UBS Billing.
- Managing leave maintenance of all employees.
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to HR.
- Preparing and issuing Memos.
- Handling booking applications for accommodation, events, and engagement.
- Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops, seminars, and engagement.
- Filing and maintaining all records by hardcopy and softcopy.
- Another ad-hoc task as assigned by the superior.
ADMIN
- Renewal/ Add code or any related services for office SSM, CIDB, and MOF.
- Managing any related matters on the website & outlook email.
- Checked expiry and renewal of insurance and road tax for all office vehicles.
- Prepared Payment Request Memo
- Prepared & Updated for office Company Profile.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's in Human Resources.
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in Human Resource Management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Fresh grade are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
