Responsibilities
Take customer orders and provide service support
Serve food and beverages
Operate POS system and handle cashiering
Maintain stall cleanliness and hygiene standards
Assist with basic food and drink preparation
Follow SOPs for service standards and operations
Support opening and closing duties
Requirements
Experience in F&B or customer service preferred
Able to stand for extended periods
Team player with good service attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic communication skills
Working Hours
12-hour shift (including 2-hour break)
9:30 AM – 9:30 PM
6-day work week
1 rest day per week (rostered)
Breakdown
Basic Salary: $2,200
Store Bonus: $500 – $800 (subject to KPI)
AWS (13th month bonus)
Variable Bonus (performance-based)
