Full Time OPERATION EXECUTIVE Jobs, in Lee Ting San Lorry Transport Selangor - Maukerja

1. Monitor daily transportation activities

2. Track deliveries and provide real-time status updates

3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or whatsapp group chat in a timely manner

4. Identify delays, disruptions, or issues and take immediate corrective action

5. Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth operations

6. Manage and escalate operational issues when necessary

7. Ensure all job orders are accurately entered into the Sovy system on a daily basis without delay

8. Optimize routing and resource allocation where possible

9. Support shift-based operations, including weekends and public holidays if required

10. Documentation prepare such as TFM

11. Coordination with SG/MAB for passes and permit

12. Batik Air shipment arrangement / monitoring status Administrative authority and Head of commercial & Branch Manager

Requirements:-

1. Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Tranport, Business, or related field

2. 01–03 years experience in logistics / transportation / operations (preferred)

3. Strong coordination and communication skills

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment (shift work needed)
