We are seeking a responsible and proactive Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, with opportunities to work at project sites within Klang Valley when required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, attending to walk-in clients, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth daily administrative functions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy routine and structured work, possess strong organizational skills, and can work independently in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner.
• Attend to client enquiries in person, via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide basic product and project information to prospective clients and direct enquiries to the appropriate sales personnel when necessary.
• Support sales agents with administrative and operational tasks, including preparing forms, photocopying documents, and handling sales-related paperwork.
• Record, update, and maintain appointment schedules, client attendance records, and daily activity reports.
• Manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding calls appropriately.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
• Handle general office administration and ensure all documents are properly organized and maintained.
• Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, and fax machines efficiently.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and secure office or sales gallery environment by following established procedures and visitor access protocols.
• Compile and prepare reports required by the Sales Manager and Management team.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by Management from time to time.
• Travel and work at project sites within Klang Valley when required.
