What you will do:

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, servicing, and testing of refrigeration systems and/ or related equipment.

• Diagnose equipment faults, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive solutions.

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot refrigeration control systems, monitoring systems, sensors, and related software applications.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, field technicians, and internal stakeholders.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for refrigeration-related issues and service matters.

• Deliver remote and on-site technical troubleshooting support when required.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including manuals, service procedures, reports, and work instructions.

• Support project planning, coordination, installation scheduling, and service execution activities.

• Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct technical briefings and training sessions for technicians and customers where necessary.

• Ensure timely submission of service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.

• Comply with company safety standards, operational procedures, and quality requirements.

• Carry out any other duties or assignments as assigned by the superior from time to time.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline.

• Candidates with experience in commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning (HVAC/R) industry are highly preferred with minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial or industrial refrigeration systems will be an added advantage.

• Strong technical troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of refrigeration control systems, electrical panels, sensors, controllers, and monitoring software.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Team player with strong coordination and customer service mindset.

• Willing to travel for project installation, servicing, and site support activities when required.

• Possess valid driving license.

• Office location - Balakong Industrial Park
