Junior IT Executive

You'll work closely with developers, business teams, and interns while gaining hands-on exposure to:

ERP Systems

Mobile Applications

AI Tools & Automation

AWS Cloud Infrastructure

Real Client Projects

## Key Responsibilities

### System Support

* Assist users with basic system issues and troubleshooting.

* Help resolve login, data, and system-related problems.

* Escalate technical issues to the development team when required.

### Data Migration & Management

* Import and migrate client data from Excel or legacy systems.

* Verify, clean, and maintain data accuracy.

* Perform bulk uploads and updates.

* Ensure customer, product, and transaction data is properly managed.

### Mobile App Deployment

* Assist in deploying mobile apps for clients.

* Configure app settings such as logo, company information, and system connections.

* Perform testing and report issues before release.

### User Support & Documentation

* Guide users on system usage.

* Respond to support requests and follow up on issues.

* Prepare simple user guides and documentation.

### Team Collaboration

* Work closely with developers, business development teams, and interns.

* Help coordinate project tasks and client requests.

* Learn processes first before assisting and guiding interns.

* Support urgent operational requirements when necessary (time-off provided for after-hours support).

## Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

* Basic understanding of computer systems and software.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data handling.

* Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar is an advantage.

* Interest in cloud technologies such as AWS is a plus.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
