Job Description

Position Title: Admin cum Operations Coordinator
Working Location: Joo Koon
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits + VB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
Prepare quotations, invoices, DO, SO, and PO using Autocount.
Handle customer orders, delivery arrangements, and shipment follow-ups.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records.
Check orders, bills, received items, and deliveries for accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Support logistics operations and stock checks when required.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Relevant experience in administration, order processing, inventory, or logistics coordination is advantageous.
Experience using Autocount is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and support daily operations.
