Job Purpose
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Assistant Manager, Sales to support our sales operations and lead a dynamic team in delivering strong results. This role requires a balance of leadership, sales execution, and customer relationship management.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day sales operations
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets
- Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met in line with company goals and budget
- Ensure smooth execution of all sales activities including gallery operations, roadshows, and events (pre, during, and post-sales)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and key stakeholders
- Foster a positive team culture, strong teamwork, and good working dynamics
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support where needed
- Ensure high standards of customer service and instill a customer-first mindset within the team
- Uphold Retail/Sales Excellence standards and ensure monthly KPIs are achieved
- Prepare and report sales progress, pipeline, and feedback to management
Education/Professional Qualification
Bachelor of Degree of Estate Management / Business Administration
Professional Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in property sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing sales galleries, launches, roadshows, and events
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer management skills, especially with high-value clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an added advantage
