Job Requirements:

• Open to candidates with a background in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Product)
• Able to read and interpret with 2D and/or 3D technical drawings (e.g., CAD software)

Key Responsibilities

* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC products or solutions

* Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations

* Perform selection, costing & detail quotations based on project specification related HVAC product.

* Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support

* Assist in customizing products to meet client requirements

* Work with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback

* Coordinate order processing & delivery logistic to meet customer expectation.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customer and ensure customer satisfaction
