We are looking for an AI Creative & Automation Intern to help HYGR leverage AI tools to increase content output, improve creative production speed, and streamline internal workflows.

You will work directly with founders, content creators, marketers, and designers to explore how AI can enhance productivity across marketing, e-commerce, retail, and operations.

This is not a traditional internship where you only observe—you will be encouraged to experiment, build systems, and contribute ideas that can directly impact the business.

What You Will Learn

AI for Marketing & Creative Production

• Generate high-volume ad creatives using AI 
• Create static ads, hooks, headlines, and marketing angles 
• Learn how winning ad creatives are developed and tested 
• Assist in building creative libraries and content databases 

AI Workflow & Process Automation

• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated 
• Build AI-assisted workflows for marketing and operations 
• Explore tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, and others 
• Improve team productivity through automation 

AI Content Systems

• Create AI-generated content variations at scale 
• Develop prompt libraries and SOPs 
• Organize and maintain content asset databases 
• Support bulk content creation initiatives 

AI Research & Innovation

• Research emerging AI tools and trends 
• Test new AI software and provide recommendations 
• Benchmark how leading brands are using AI 
• Present findings and improvement opportunities 

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Ads Support

• Generate and organize AI-assisted ad creatives 
• Produce multiple creative variations for testing 
• Assist with campaign research and creative inspiration 
• Support graphic design and content teams 

Process Improvement

• Document and improve existing workflows 
• Recommend automation opportunities 
• Build templates, trackers, and systems to reduce manual work 

Research & Experimentation

• Conduct weekly AI tool research 
• Test new tools and summarize findings 
• Maintain an internal AI knowledge base 

Cross-Functional Support

• Work with content, marketing, retail, and operations teams 
• Assist in implementing AI solutions across departments 

Ideal Candidate

• Has strong problem-solving skills 
• Is organized and detail-oriented 
• Enjoys experimenting and finding better ways to work 
• Can communicate ideas clearly 

No coding experience is required, but it is a bonus.

• Basic prompt engineering 
• Basic design or content creation experience
