They are looking for candidate with technical experience in server admin and networking,as well as familiarity with API'S and system integrations.

Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Application System Support role based in Shah Alam. The role involves providing technical support for various applications, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system integration, and managing and resolving API-related concerns. The position also focuses on identifying and resolving technical problems while working closely with other team members to ensure system efficiency and functionality. Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Application Support and Troubleshooting to resolve system-related issues efficiently.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess technical challenges and identify effective solutions.
• Technical Support and System Integration experience, including handling APIs and ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide customer-focused solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and database management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred.
