Key Responsibilities

•  Call customers to follow up on overdue hire purchase instalments.

• Remind customers about outstanding payments and due dates.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and record promise-to-pay commitments.

• Follow up with customers who have missed payment promises.

• Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or other approved channels.

• Update call remarks, payment status, customer feedback, and follow-up actions in the system.

• Monitor assigned accounts and follow up consistently until payment is received.

• Handle customers professionally and follow company procedures.

• Achieve monthly collection targets set by the company.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia.

• Experience in collection, credit control, banking, financing, hire purchase, or debt recovery is an added advantage.

• Candidates with customer service, sales, call centre, or customer-facing experience are also welcome.

• Comfortable making phone calls and following up with customers.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Responsible, disciplined, patient, and willing to learn.

• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
