Job Description

• To handle Export shipment activity with regards to documentation and coordinator

• Deliver accurate information/pre-alerts to overseas agents

• Handle and monitor invoicing by verifying bills

• Generate monthly sales report and job costing for the Management

• Coordinate closely to ensure deliveries are dispatched in timely manner

• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least SPM

• Basic computer knowledge required for Microsoft office applications

• 1-2 years of experience working freight forwarding companies will be preferred

• Ability to learn fast and pays attention to details

• Candidate who can stark work immediate will given priority

• Responsible, organized and good coordination skills

• Experience liaising with shipping lines and agents
