Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by Management.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
2. Key Account Management
Manage and develop relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
Maintain regular customer visits and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly.
Strengthen customer retention and identify opportunities for account expansion.
3. Market Development & Business Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Recommend new business initiatives and market expansion opportunities.
Participate in the development of pricing strategies and sales plans.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Management.
4. Sales Forecasting & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports.
Monitor sales activities and ensure accurate reporting.
Analyze sales data and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
5. Team Leadership & Coaching
Provide guidance and support to Sales Executives and junior team members.
Share best practices and assist in developing sales skills within the team.
Support Management in training and onboarding new sales personnel.
Lead by example in achieving sales targets and maintaining professional standards.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor delivery schedules and customer requirements.
Assist in resolving operational issues affecting customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, trading, industrial products, or related industries.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Experience in handling key accounts and business development activities.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
