Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  •  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by Management.

  •  Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

  •  Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.

  •  Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with customers.

  •  Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

  •  Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

2. Key Account Management

  •  Manage and develop relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.

  •  Maintain regular customer visits and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.

  •  Understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.

  •  Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly.

  •  Strengthen customer retention and identify opportunities for account expansion.

3. Market Development & Business Strategy

  •  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  •  Recommend new business initiatives and market expansion opportunities.

  •  Participate in the development of pricing strategies and sales plans.

  •  Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Management.

4. Sales Forecasting & Reporting

  •  Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports.

  •  Monitor sales activities and ensure accurate reporting.

  •  Analyze sales data and provide recommendations to improve business performance.

  •  Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.

5. Team Leadership & Coaching

  •  Provide guidance and support to Sales Executives and junior team members.

  •  Share best practices and assist in developing sales skills within the team.

  •  Support Management in training and onboarding new sales personnel.

  •  Lead by example in achieving sales targets and maintaining professional standards.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  •  Coordinate with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  •  Monitor delivery schedules and customer requirements.

  •  Assist in resolving operational issues affecting customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, trading, industrial products, or related industries.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

  • Experience in handling key accounts and business development activities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
