About the role

Reporting to the Head of Product, this full-time Head of Card Usage & Portfolio role at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd' based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic development and optimisation of AEON's credit card product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth in card usage and balances, while ensuring the portfolio remains competitive and aligned with customer needs.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute strategies to drive increased card usage, reduce inactive accounts, and maximize the overall profitability of the credit card portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design product enhancements, incentives, and engagement campaigns aimed at retaining high-value customers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the credit card portfolio, including spend patterns, attrition rates, and revenue targets.
• Implement data-driven strategies to drive card utilization through promotions, rewards programs, merchant partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
• Create and optimize targeted offers, cashback programs, and incentives that align with customer spending habits and preferences.
• Develop initiatives to convert inactive customers into active users and monitor customer responses to promotional efforts.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in credit card product management or a related field within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated track record of driving growth and optimising the performance of credit card portfolios
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from customer data and market information
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable strategies
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Familiarity with credit card industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or marketing
