The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, product quality, workplace safety, and compliance with company standards. The role will lead production activities, inventory control, workforce management, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve the company's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily production activities and schedules.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are met.
• Supervise production teams, including Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate machine maintenance and minimize production downtime.
• Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, supplement, food manufacturing, or FMCG industries is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
